This project was to rehabilitate and build a 640 square foot addition to an existing single family residence in Wilmette, IL. With the addition, the first floor of the house was reconfigured into a circular floorplan with the center core containing utilities, powderoom and storage spaces and exterior/ perimeter spaces for the occupied living areas.
