This project includes designing a 40,000 square foot Elderly Living Facility. The complex consists of 4 interconnected buildings: 3 buildings with different levels of care for each building: Independent, Assisted and Dependent and a building for entry, reception, office and chapel.
The community living concept is realized via circular central meeting | dining | activity areas fostering multiple interactions. The surrounding residences have direct access to the sunlight and fresh air of the outdoor lawn and garden areas.
