This goal of this project was to assist Tom O'Brasky in opening his first bar and grill in New Haven, Connecticut. A seasoned restaurateur and bar manager, Tom's vision for the business named "Stella Blue" (derived from the song written by Robert Hunter and Jerry Garcia of the Grateful Dead) was based on classic rock: album covers line the bar surface and the front area is easily converted to a stage for live music sets.
