The goal of this project is to rehabilitate a 20,000 square foot retail center located in Naperville, IL in order to attract quality tenants and increase the value of the property. The strategy is to update and separate each tenant's facade for individual signage, materiality, and branding. Creating individual store fronts breaks the length of the building into distinct environments. The variety of materials, signage and addition of landscaping gives the consumer a more interesting and inviting experience.
